Meet Our Professional & Dedicated Colorado HVAC & Plumbing Team
Hello, my name is David Baker and I am 52 years old and have been in the plumbing industry almost half my life. I am just a good old boy from south Texas with a heart to serve. I want to make sure that I not only fix your plumbing problems but build a great relationship of trust and serve you for years to come.
Hello! Name’s Hayden, I am 26 and been living in Colorado for 7 years now. I grew up in the air force, so I moved around quite a bit, and bounced around from job to job as an adult. When I turned 23 was when I first got into the HVAC industry and I owe to my buddy Raul. I have never been happier and now I spend my days working hard, creating art, music, and spending time with family and friends! So, I’m looking forward to meeting you.

Hello, my name is Justin. I am currently the GM of Hardcastle Heating and Air. I have been in the industry and in the field for going on 18 years. I have a beautiful wife and a combined family of 8 children. (must have been something in the water. I have lived in Colorado for 10 years now and this is home. I started as an installer running duct work in the attics in Mississippi (not the best years of my life) but I survived. I went into service after that troubleshooting and fixing systems. It was always a very gratifying feeling to be able to provide cooling to the family with a newborn on a hot summer day or get the heat working for a sweet little elderly couple on a cold winter night. And all of that has trained me to lead a great and experienced crew of guys to deliver the best quality service you have ever experienced. So, we look forward to meeting you and your family and as always staff safe and stay comfortable.
My name is Kyle Lewis, I have been in the HVAC industry for almost 17 years now.
I started in HVAC when I was 16 years old and it has since become a huge passion of mine. I absolutely love talking HVAC, everywhere I go, so much so that my wife jokes about it. When I was 16, I saw this as a great summer job, never thinking it would be my career, I am so blessed to have been put in this industry at such a young age. I started out in the install side of the field and worked my way up through the years, eventually becoming a master mechanic license holder and boiler expert.
I moved to Colorado with my wife and kids in January of 2011 while I was working for a company that was based both here and in Arizona where I came from last. That company got me into boiler service and installs, they were super intimidating at first, the only experience with boiling anything before that was crawfish, after the first couple of years I started to really get them down and was taking every training class I could find as I wanted to be the best. Nine years later and I am still learning the trade as I am still always looking for ways to extend my knowledge of boilers.
The one thing I enjoy the most about running service on boilers is explaining to the customers how their system works, as most customers have never had anyone go over the parts and procedures of a boiler system. I look forward to seeing you out there and answering all questions you might have about this field.
My name is Lance Waldron and I’m the newest unit to join the Hardcastle team! I’m 29 years old and have lived in Colorado for 3 years. I am eager to learn and apply myself to develop this career into something that I can benefit from in all aspects of my life. I feel grateful and fortunate for the position that I’m in because I also get to work with my brother, Hayden, and longtime friend Raul. It is impressive to see what they can accomplish, and I respect their leadership very much. I love problem solving and thinking outside the box, so this job has been perfect for me! I’m a very empathetic person and also take pride in my work so I will treat every job as if it were my own. It is extremely satisfying and rewarding to see a job done to the best degree possible and I aim to scratch that itch at every opportunity I get! Outside of work I paint, write jokes, enjoy the outdoors, film, and edit videos, make music, and also am in school. I look forward to meeting you and beating the HVAC
Tetris high score in your home or workplace.
